Policy

Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns about a received fiber artwork and we will try to find a solution to the situation any way we can.
Because of the nature of the following items (unless they arrive damaged or defective), I can't accept returns or make exchanges for:
- Custom made work and made to order items, since I create the item especially for you after placing your order.
Make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, & shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How do I take care of my fiber art piece? 

 

  • Lightly dust the piece.
  • Do not use a damp cloth or steam cleaner to clean the piece. The dye used to create the ombre effect can run out.
