· SHIPPING: All Fiber Artworks come with Free Worldwide Shipping. Tapestries are shipped with UPS EXPRESS and typically have a 2-3 working days transit time. Once your Fiber Art is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking info. Please note that a signature can be required upon delivery and depending on your country or state, additional customs fees or duty taxes may apply. Teddy and Wool is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes.
· DELIVERY: There will be made 3 separate delivery attempts - if you are not available to sign for the package, your wall hanging will be held at the closest UPS location. It is the buyer's responsibility to claim the wall hanging at the UPS location before it is returned to the shipper. If you want to hold your package at the closest UPS service point, please contact UPS and refer to the tracking number.
· RETURNS: For non-custom fiber artwork there's a 30-day exchange period, where you may exchange your wall hanging for a similarly priced piece found in our shop. Please contact me if you want to make use of this option. For tailor made custom fiber artworks, all sales are final. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
· DEFECTS: In the unlikely event that your order gets lost or if you receive a broken or damaged wall hanging, an exchange is possible. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your purchase with clear images of both the item as well as the packaging, plus a description of the damage. The defective product must be returned in its original condition and packaging before a refund will be issued.
Color variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for a refund or exchange. Great care is taken to accurately describe the design and slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings.
