SHIPPING AND RETURNS
TEDDY AND WOOL HAS FREE WORLD WIDE SHIPPING ON ALL FIBER ART ORDERS
Tapestries are shipped with UPS EXPRESS and typically have a 2-3 working days transit time. Once your Fiber Art is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking info. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery and depending on your country or state, additional customs fees or duty taxes may apply. Teddy and Wool is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes.
There will be made 3 separate delivery attempts - if you are not available to sign for the package, your wall hanging will be held at the closest UPS location. It is the buyer's responsibility to claim the wall hanging at the UPS location before it is returned to the shipper. If you want to hold your package at the closest UPS service point, please contact UPS and refer to the tracking number.
Due to the handmade and artisan nature of the work, all sales are final. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.

Since all my work is made-to-order, lead time differs per design/size. Processing times can be found in all listing descriptions. Fiber art orders are shipped with UPS Express, with 2 – 3 working days transit time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
